Supporting the Next Generation of Talent at Crosscount
CROSSCOUNT LIMITED has recently welcomed two new starters, Antonio and Hossam. Investing in the next generation of the industry has long been a priority for Crosscount, and their apprenticeship programme plays a key role in supporting that commitment.
As part of the testing and balancing team, Antonio and Hossam will support day to day operations while being trained on site by senior engineers.
Crosscount Apprentice - Hossam
Alongside this hands-on experience, they will attend college one day per week as they work towards their Building Services Engineering qualification. This combination of practical learning and structured education is designed to support their development as they progress within the industry.

The programme represents a long-term investment in the strength and sustainability of Crosscount’s testing and balancing teams, while also contributing to wider environmental and social commitments. By developing talent internally, Crosscount continues to ensure the high standards its clients expect are delivered both now and in the future.
