TEAM CROSSCOUNT, LONDON TO BRIGHTON CHARITY CYCLE RIDE

On Sunday 15th June 2014 five employees of Crosscount Limited along with Crosscount MD Neil White’s Son’s and Brother-in-Law are taking part in the London to Brighton Charity Cycle Ride and hope to raise a minimum of £1,000.00 for their chosen charities, British Heart Foundation and Children With Cancer UK.

Entry into this annual 54 mile ride was the brain child of Crosscount Commissioning Manager Gary James who has personally undertaken the ride twice previously and this year plans to cycle back home to Surrey afterwards so Gary’s daily mileage tally will be in excess of 100 miles! For the rest of the team who are not such experienced cyclists we plan to enjoy a couple of well-earned celebratory beers on Brighton sea front after the event whilst our bikes are transported back home in in one of our company vehicles.

If you are around on the day look out for us, we will be wearing our corporate cycling kit of red, white and black and if you can spare a few pounds please sponsor us via our charity page: http://www.virginmoneygiving.com/team/crosscount

All donations no matter how large or small will be really gratefully received!

HEALTH & SAFETY

The health, safety and wellbeing of our workforce and people we come into contact with are absolutely paramount to the running of our company and we have had a fantastic time recently in proving this! Firstly our Construction Health and Safety Accreditation or CHAS as it is better known has been renewed for a further twelve months following a successful submission and qualification process and this was further augmented by being ‘crowned’ Health & Safety Contractor of the month at the prestigious Kings Cross Central Project achieving 75 points out of a maximum possible 77 or 97.4%.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL INVOLVED!
